1. Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: from 15:00 to 23:00

• Check-Out: by 11:00
  Late check-out upon availability and may incur an additional fee.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Payment and cancellation policies are clearly displayed during the booking process. Direct bookings may offer flexible terms and special discounts.

4. Use of Property

Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damages caused will be charged to the responsible guest.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or events beyond our control (e.g. weather, transportation issues).

6. Pets & Smoking

• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas
